There once was a man from Peru, Who had a pet kangaroo, They'd hop and skip all day, Until the kangaroo ran away. The man searched high and low, From the mountains to the plateau, But the kangaroo was nowhere in sight, And the man was filled with fright. But then he heard a knock at the door, And there stood his kangaroo once more, With a grin from ear to ear, The man said, "Where have you been my dear?" The kangaroo replied with a shrug, "I went on vacation, to have some fun and hug, I visited Australia, and made some new friends, But I'm back now, and our adventure never ends."
