How can we ponder what if life exists elsewhere
Until we understand that life is already ignored
Many people choose to ignore what's here now
Are we alone in the universe? Does it really matter
Not that they notice they are actually alone now
If we spent far more time understanding this life
To see how far we have travelled learning nothing
Yet we can rediscover why we are totally unique
