Hug all the colours of the rainbow

Hug all the colours of the rainbow
Embrace the power and healing they contain
Know that they contain light and energy
Vibrations that are part of the Universe's framework 

Feel all the colours of the rainbow
Feel them vibrant and alive in your being
Chakra healing and soul connections
Beyond anything we could ever dream
