Howling At the Moon

Touched with madness
joy and sadness
ups and downs
smiles and frowns
held against your will
and even still
the force inside
still abides
so howl at the moon
crazy as a loon
this I know
unfortunately so
and then comes the darkness
the opposite of bliss
who would have thought
who would have dreamed
that everything that happened before
hadn't happened as it seemed

I sent this poem to a guy whose username is moon and he said he was crazy. I left out the lines "this I know" to "the opposite of bliss" as I thought they weren't necessary. I left in "ups and downs" "smiles and frowns" even though I would prefer something else in there less obvious. The rest is really good. Thanks
