How To Describe Love

How to describe love? 
        If you could find a word to tell me about your soul or a way to show me your heart
                          A way to not get hurt  when you fall then let that be the start
           A way to describe heaven that you haven't seen or to describe how to fly with wings
                                                          When you had never flown
             A way to be stronger than what you seem or how much your dieing to get grow 
If you give me a way to never have night or day, to stop your heart from beating and yet to stay alive
   If you only show me how to let the pain go away or how to lose sleep without being deprived
                         If you could find a way to never let your feet touch the ground
                                          A way to always be in safe and sound
                           Then I might find a shape or a word to describe love....
                             I might try as hard as I can and never be enough....
             Love is something that no one can describe , but it's something you can feel....
                        Something belong to your heart to know if it's fake or real....

Vladislav Raven January 9, 2016 at 9:02 PM Hi Dalia, such a beautiful and simple way to describe Love. We know we cannot but we do so wish too. Now this is one lyric i would listen too being sung. No one can describe Love, a million words and yet the essence is not there. Yet as poets we always try in our own way. However we describe Love that is but a moment in time.This is a Lovely poem Dalia. Definitely a seven. One day someone may find the way....Vladislav.
