Hi Gershon, I thought it’s supposed to be based on the curriculum and their overall educational goals. Perhaps, students, these days want to be restaurant critics? I enjoyed the read:-) Alexis

You know, you've got an excellent point there, Alexis. Some of them actually do want to be restaurant critics. (I know. I've taught them). Others want to run restaurants, I think. So I guess I should back off a bit. Thanks! ~ Gershon
