How thing turn out

Alone in retirement we may sit
Away from the chaos and bull
We no longer have to drive
No schedule needed to survive
Stopped going out to the store
Everything is delivered to the door
The phone is quiet as can be
There's no one that we need to see
The Doctor becomes a very good friend
Sticking with us til the end
So many people we once knew
The number left are very few
We're the ones that no one sees
That we exist they don't believe
Passing away like a smooth gentle wind
No one even knows we're gone in end.
