How I Miss You

If only you new how much I missed you,
If only you New the way my heart bleeds for you every single day,
If only you New how much I want to see you one more time, hold you in my arms and hear you laugh.

I miss the way you fought with me,
I miss the way you smiled,
I miss the way we lay all night talking under the stars.
I miss cooking dinner with the music up loud and seeing
You twirl your hair with that bloody glass of wine.

I miss the sound of your heels,
I miss the sound of your snore,
I miss falling asleep and holding your arm and waking
To your warm breath against my shoulder.

I want to run away from here,
I want to run in to your arms,
My hearts so broken but I know you aren’t in pain.

I just want you to come home,
Through the doors smiling and laughing as you did.
Sitting down and telling me about your day,
About your pain.

 you cancer.
you for stealing my best friend,
My whole life,
My air.
I can’t breath without her.
I can’t sleep without her.
I
Just
Want
One
More
Day.
