How I Made It Till This Day

Have you ever sat down and thought, how did I make it where I am today? Besides the fact that I’m a Taurus born in the month of May, How I’ve made it where I am now is a little hard to say and or explain, I became who I am through various amounts of pain, Don’t feel sorry for me though for through this myself is what I gained, And I’d think I’m doing a good job considering that I haven’t quite yet gone insane, For that I have to thank the man in vein. My mumz and my relentless perseverance has made me into who I am as well, Because of her I will never allow myself to fail, For if I do it’s something that I will dwell, Listen closely as I tell you of a turbulent tale. I got where I am today through hard work and obstacles in between, I didn’t let those obstacles stop me though for success is what I feen, And through my poetry I can actually and finally be seen, For through my poetry I say exactly what I feel and mean. So when you ask me how I did it make it where I am today I’d have to tell you this: Through depression, anxiety, heartbreaks, being in love, pain, my family and friends, They’ve all given me hope to not allow my life to come to a tragic end.
