How I Came To Lose Thirty Pounds

Back in 2003, a fellow teacher came up to me
A skinny fellow, all angles and elbows and knees
       He stared at my stomach
       He stared me in the eye
     He poked me in the stomach
              And cried:
      "My friend, you are FAT!"...
      Then walked away with a
             Tip of his hat
And I never saw him again after that

Login to Reply Gershon Wolf Date: 12/28/2018 2:01:00 PM Thanks, Wendy...Here's what I did: (Almost) no sugar or carbs -- i.e., no potatoes, rice, bread, pizza, coke, fruit juice, cake, yogurt, ice cream and all that stuff. Lots of fish, chicken, meat (not fatty), salad foods, seltzer (flavored is ok), vegetables, and fruit. The only 'good news:' Once a week I cheat like crazy, and eat a huge meal with all the forbidden stuff. Once a week does very little harm, and I immediately feel like going back on the diet afterward... That's it! :) gw
