How Do You Rap

Rhythmically spoken words
is one way to go.
Yet the way one chats
is what I want to know.

Everyone in your life
has a unique way to rap.
A communication line
you have to learn like a map.

It takes some time to
develop the ebb and flow.
To truly understand
the language of those you know.

How true, Kristen. When we first meet people, we have to listen for a while before we understand everything they're trying to tell us. Sometimes we have to put our own points of view aside and welcome a new perspective. Congrats on your win in Brian's contest. Love, Carolyn
