How Can You Trust

How can you tell if someone really cares
How do you know it's the truth
How can you know that it's not just a lie
When they have all the words but no proof

When somebody says that they care
But no hint it's true is in their eyes
How can you even begin to believe
When all that they say seems like lies

How can you trust when you've been betrayed
Like when they tell you they care
But then when you truly do need a friend
They leave you and all go elsewhere

When somebody says that they care

How can you even begin to believe

This poem IS listed correctly. Let me show you-all of the following form labels would be correct for this poem, going from the most general to the most specific -VERSE-RHYME-Quatrain [means 4 lines] Hope this is of help.
