How Beautiful

How beautiful it is to wake up with a smile on my face,
Feeling the joy of love in my heart;
knowing that it comes from God's Holy place.
How beautiful to say, "Thank you God, for this day,"
Feeling the Holy Spirit dwelling in me;
knowing that it will lead and guide me along my pathway.
How beautiful it is to have you for my friend,
Feeling God's love within you and the love you have for me;
knowing that we are trusting in God, whose love, grace, and mercy, will never end.
