Horror Story

At times this life is like a  Horror story
Tryin to prevent gettin sent to the morguetory
Livin in a spot that's cursed
Gettin popped like a clerk
If you stop to converse
On a block not your turf
This is not just a verse
Even cops must disperse
If there caught bustin perps
They'll be shot up at work
Is this game really worth
All the pain & the hurt
it's a shame all the dirt
Cant be tamed or reversed
There's so much more to
Gain from this earth
We came for the perks
Then made insane from what lurks
In the shadows
Showin us the bad roads
Turnin us into sad folks
we followed every word satin has spoke
Forgettin that we ever had hopes
But now were down to our last rope
Trying to climb out with our backs broke
Havin trouble to maintain
Through the struggles  & strain
As this bubbles on my brain
These scuffles leave me drained
