Hope Is There

Although poverty maybe staring you in the eye, There is no reason for you to sit there and cry. Make a wish, your vision for tomorrow; Hold on to it and you’ll find there’s no reason for sorrow. And if you dream then with your dreaming, Put in the work to start achieving. For dreams can certainly be fulfilled, But it is going to take determination and steadfast will. Whenever in doubt or scared of failure, Just recall your predicament without hope as your treasure. You were hopeless and stood in a well of despair, When it was only above, yet you had no knowledge to lead you there. But then you eventually came to see the light And you were aware that you had to fight and climb with all your might. So despite what you see in front of you now, Stand tall and keep moving, for in due time the situation will bow.
