Hope
Hope is like a feather
That goes on a flight
That lightens the darkening sun
And becomes very bright
That releases the call of the bird so sweet
Giving light in the eyes of those gone dim
That gives some smartness to others
And they get up from their seat
Because they will not admit defeat.
