Honoring the Queen of Spades
Diamonds steer clear, they know they are at the bottom of the heap.
Clubs do not fare better, but their secrets they know how to keep.
Hearts are a bit puffed up, they feel superior to the suits below.
But the one who could truly brag and blow stays quietly, down low.
Yes, I am talking about the Spades, and their queen is here right now.
Her manner is serene and majestic, but she does not make us bow.
She treats everyone as if they deserve her admiration and respect.
I do not do this for everyone, but for Queen of Spades I genuflect.
