Homecoming
i left
with ridding
my house
of mice
yes
i killed
them
i went
to a place
of a gecko
chirping
his song
i fell to
sleep by
back i came
but nuts a
squirrel in
the wall
on the roof
tomorrow
perhaps
i'll lift
my arms
and reach
for the sky
hoping
as i always
wanted to be
a
bird
and
fly
away
