Home, Alone On Christmas

Home Alone Waiting next to our humble tree, Irene wants me home. To sing her Christmas Carols and ne’er more to roam. The tree is the perfect size, as she hides behind it like a disguise. Her orange toy lies, just to her right. Irene, brave cat that you are, have no fright, Mom hopes to be home by Christmas Night! But no Greek dancing this year, if you please? I don't want to break another thigh and knee. I love you cat-daughter of mine.
