Hollow Hope

Habits never die she still cries
In the darkness of the night she lie
Turning simple words into rhyme
Traveling backwards in time
She curse the love which made her blind
Searching for answers unable to find
Images float before her eyes
Rekindled thoughts across the miles
Gloomy thoughts unsettled mind
Reality is harsh, the truth is unkind
The love that haunts her steals her soul
Deeper in pain, until nothing remains but hollow hope..
