His Rainbow Reigns In My Cloud
My sun and stars were graced with gloom;
shadows shielded my radiant room...
but now my faith is proud and loud;
His rainbow reigns in my cool cloud.
I once was lost in sin and sorrows;
terrors did tame my singing sparrows...
but now my faith is proud and loud;
His rainbow reigns in my cool cloud.
My faithful friends may long to leave;
my fiery foes may crave to cleave...
My faith will remain proud and loud;
His rainbow reigns in my cool cloud.
My hurting heart was decked with doubt;
The tender tears I shed did shout,
but now my faith is proud and loud;
His rainbow reign in my cool cloud.
His breath of love has calmed my storm
my heart now feels so wet yet warm;
and now my faith is proud and loud;
His rainbow reigns in my cool cloud.
