His Praises I Will Sing

I am free and so happy
Pain and suffering will not own me
The shadow of darkness can not cover my soul
No longer broken, I have been made whole
I am filled with heaven’s light
I have come out of the night
His praises I will sing

(Chorus)
His praises I will sing
Praises to my Holy King
He has saved my soul
He has made me whole
His praises I will sing

Once I struggled all alone
All my hope and strength were gone
I lived in darkness with hell’s demons in control
Jesus wouldn’t let me go, He held tight to my soul
Pulled me safely back to shore
To live in heaven’s light once more
His praises I will sing

(Chorus)
His praises I will sing
Praises to my Holy King
He has saved my soul
He has made me whole
His praises I will sing

Now I am basking in the light
No longer hiding in the night
Jesus saved my soul once again and set me free
For the sins of you and me, Jesus died upon the tree
Rejoicing in his love, sanctifid with his blood
I was immersed beneath the flood
His praises I will sing

(Chorus)
His praises I will sing
Praises to my Holy King
He has saved my soul
He has made me whole
