His Loss

Looking into this mans pain-saddened eyes
His eyes holding mine I feel his heart felt cries
An end to the agony of the last years for his love
Left is bitter loneliness as he prays for help from above
Questions linger why did we lose this agonizing fight
Endeavoring to always do just what seemed right
Knowing there must be a reason father needed her
Loss fills the day and haunts the night as memories stir
Sweet peace is hers his faith tells him that is true
Voice crying to our father what now is there left to do
Take care my child the answer I’m not quite ready for you just yet
I’ll watch over you and bless you with a strength you’ll surely get
Don’t lose hope, just keep the faith things will be alright
I am still watching over you every day and night

Brad so sorry for your loss. Your friend "P"
