His Gifts

I treasure my home

For my loved ones I see,

I look into my mind

And find sweet memories,

Priceless is the time

That I spend with you,

I cherish the love

That lasts a life through,

I thank the Lord

For these gifts he bestowed,

I prayed for his guidance

And his love, overflowed.

Releasing ourselves to a higher essence lends guidance to our lives and purpose to our days. May it ever be so. Congratulations on your poem's placement and it's decent message of hope.

James 1:17 comes to mind. Beautiful reminder of what's important and from whom it comes. Thank you Gary.
