His Cat's Meow
King Nebuchadnezzar, standing amid the garden lost of muse his glory..
A trickle in wine from up turned lips; warm it's chalice fragrant her rose
Bouquet and these cobblestones; remembering Daniel their lions den ?
Stirring the branches a sudden wind; her hummingbird, sipping nectars
Neopolitan skies at sunrise his golden crown ? Writing, atop the ground
This phantom's bronzed finger a psalm; "I believed, therefore I spoke..."
Perplexed his soothsayer purple as clad the court jester; her Bathsheba
Arrayed within virgin white silk ? Illuminated Angels and light; Ancient's
Prince of Persia butterflies their silver wings pristine sprinkling stardust
Upon a crimson cross ? Draped love's rainbow; horns of her unicorns....
Aqua blue fountains time's mist kissing Dorothy's brow while she sleeps
Her lioness Nebuchadnezzar gazing about the dew ? Prophetica dreams.
