that is one awesome memory. I did not actually defend someone like that, but I remember walking a forlorn boy from school, one who was gossiped about because he came from a broken home. I sometimes wonder how he ended up. Such poor souls that are wounded throughout childhood do not often end up in a good place.

Thanks, Andrea. Yes, it's a memory I cherish, because usually I was a very shy girl, but I was brave enough and sensitive enough to understand someone's pain and stand up for her. You are a very kind person, that's why you supported that forlorn boy, and still wonder how he ended up! Love, Mala
