Hiding In Plain Sight

Risen, alive and risen
Oh my! The lives we're given

Forevermore and always beyond
Chasing, chasing; daring to sing along

Beautiful pain come and sit by my side
Beautiful monster tell me, why do you hide?

Temporary yet constant
Always yet never

How can so many be so whole
How could something so complete have such a gaping hole

Frailty can come to define strength
Weakness can be squandered in vain

Believing is one thing, living is another
Words can sing, but action defines the lover
