Hidden Desire

She listens…
But she does not hear my words,
the pounding of my heart,

She looks…
But she does not see my gaze,
my soul drift into her eyes,

She stands close…
But she does not feel my arms
around her,
my breath caress her neck,

She walks away…
My head falls,
she will never be mine,

A very intense emotional piece Paul... luv the verbs...in the beginning of each line..each verse... then the line following to utter dismay of the person who is intent with feeling.. enjoyed with luv..
