let's walk with nature
sunny day hark birds singing
cuckoo you mimic
cuckoos' all gone
shot by hunters' everyone
they're not specific
swifts' last to arrive
cuckoos' once first on the scene
most humans' remiss
TERCET

two words split
senryu

a haiku a page
once the masters had their say
who are the experts'
a senryu... foibles
humans their rights and their wrongs
it wasn't me
questions' some answers
many will and many won't agree
then there's always one
the hermit
at one with mother nature
fleas' in their beds'
