He's Mine
He brushed my hair
and said he loved me.
I said it back,
and he gently kissed me.
We held each other closely
on that bright, sunny, day
relaxed in his arms,
I felt all my pain go away.
He knew exactly what to do,
and exactly what to say,
All of his love is true,
and it'll never fade away.
I love it when
he looks into my eyes.
There's no denying
that wonderful surprise.
He's the greatest guy
any girl could have.
But he's all mine
and I sure am glad.
