Heroes and Villains
I don't want to hurt you
I don't want to hurt myself
where do we go from here?
to nowhere I guess
the superheroes costume
doesn't fit us well
neither does the villain one
neither does anything else.
Trapped in a paradox
of death and life
of bad and good
of left and right
behind the curtains
lives the lie
and we are in the middle
trying to survive.
