Here now this morn

the soft, silent, throb of silence is bliss ~
is-ness of being-ness, nothing amiss

heart assimilates whilst mind understands ~
play of delight across energy bands

no sooner thoughts arise, we’re in a cage ~
wandering deluded on this world’s stage

back to silence, we imbibe waves of bliss ~
vaporised presence exclaims, ‘I am this’
