Hi Brian, I have these same herbs growing too. Here in the land of the midnight sun, you would not believe how they thrive. Alaska gets the biggest veggies in the world. The state fair is going on now. The pumkin exhibit is always amazing. One weighted in last year over 800lbs. Enjoyed those herbs Brian! Blessings to you and yours. Love Light Truth Patricia

Ah, I can so relate to this. Our herb garden is thriving, however the basil is going overboard so we are making pesto and giving much away. Did you say basil for ice cream and sweets?? Never tried it for that. I am curious now. Love, Shar
