The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Her Spirit Is Everlasting

HER SPIRIT IS EVERLASTING"
Though she has gone
I am not alone
Gods' love has been cast
Her spirit is everlasting

I miss her everyday
But strength guides my way
She has been gone less than a year
But the thought of her brings a tear

She showered her children with love
When thinking of her, I look above
We no longer have her foundation
Because she had such dedication

Cherish your parents while they're here
Because tomorrow is not far, but near
When parents are loss, there's no replacement
Love and appreciate them, don't be complacent

Once she has gone, she will be missed
No more opportunities to be kissed
Gods' love has been cast
Her spirit is everlasting

Dedicated to Elizabeth (Nelson) Neal my mother

Why do I feel so empowered even though I’m already a legal adult, with only three or so months left before I take the first step of adulting?
