Her Rendition
A very special date to me Is the 30th
of September.
It's the birthday of someone special,
one I always will remember.
A date that changed many lives not to
be compared to any other.
It was the day the world received a
gift,a gift that was my mother.
She changed the life of nearly
everyone and every life that she
would touch.
So I feel I can speak for everyone
when I say we miss her very much.
I often think of what I might do If we
still had her here today.
I think I would do things just the same in
every single way.
Probably keep it sweet and simple
with nothing special planned.
Quietly sit with her and talk, and
gently hold her hand.
She once said what matters most Is
love without condition.
And I find life goes more smoothly by
when I follow her rendition.
