Her Paradox

She's always nervous,
Yet forever calm,
Her knees are weak,
But her voice is strong,

She loves to laugh,
Yet she hates to smile,
She knows she needs help,
But thinks it's not worthwhile,

She finds all her truths,
In all of their lies,
She reveals her whole heart,
But it's just a disguise,

She says they don't care,
But within this despair,
She finds what she needs,
To keep breathing air.
