Her Laces Shined
proud and beautiful
she wish to model her self
to show those who wanted to see
yet some who saw these happening
thought it wrong and gaudy
the sights were for those
who wished to sketch and paint
some saw the person stood to fall and faint
what curves are measure for him that she understands
yet if he loves her
how could he let her model for this man
I speak in the compliment
not to stand as a saint
but to stand in mesmerizing glory
and to watch these people paint
