Her degree was in Power Tools

They always wondered what degree she might get
If she had told her mother, Mom would have had a fit
She wanted her to be a lady, prissy and clean
She got her degree in Power Machines

She loved using a drill, a hammer and a saw
A tool belt was the gift for Mary Me Magraw
Her name was crazy, because she did not like men
Nothing about this woman was in the least bit fem

This reminds me of a woman who ran a cork farm that my Dad took us to in Georgia when I was 10. She dressed like man and whipped out her Pocket knife to cut me a cork Sample from an old tree. She also chewed tobacco. She had a fascinating way of telling cork stories. Thanks for the memory.
