Help
Sitting in an empty room
Head between his hands
Yearning to escape from this
There’s no more he can stand
Blood red scratches up his arm
He’s yelling out in pain
His mind is in a different place
Sending him insane
He feels the world his on his back
He’s just needs to get out
Wants to know what’s going on
And what it’s all about
Pacing up and down the room
Finding words to say
Smashing windows punching walls
Can’t keep his mind at bay
Tears are streaming down his face
As he starts to lose control
His mind is in another world
Lightyears from his soul.
