Hell's Last Angel
The fire’s breathe burns my skin
I fall to it’s temptations once again
Water cools my lip but heats my soul
Like gas brings fire to still coals
A dying breathe crosses my path
I feel the devil’s final wrath
I’m alone in my own terror
To face the result to my own error
Beauty that ends where the sidewalk stops
A constant agony drills my thoughts
Where silence is the only sound
And bones seem to clatter to the ground
Betrayal drips from every core
From where Hell’s last Angel has closed the door
Dressed in gasoline and drenched in fear
Our ears shatter at his last cheer.
As he goes down we can’t help but follow
His heart and soul are merely hollow
Separation from light is a permanent disgrace
Fire scars my eyes as I fall on my face
Screams break the silence as pain licks my scalp
Realization overcomes my one last doubt
