Hello Goodbye Sorry Eyes

There's no telling what I'd do
No telling in the dark nature of the zoo
I got it right but a rage of appetite
Sends pics the Robert Crumb would do
No disrespect I just don't keep my brain on a leash

With kitchen tables set up on the street
The roast is ready to carve with dogs at our feet
The soldiers walk up and down our street
Telling us nothing,we all don't already know
Our appetite for destruction lost reason lost passion, lost flavor, lost joy, lost healthy, lost saine
What was once shiny became dull with your vain
You tossed our feelings like some salad
You talk over the whispers of daylights welcome
Then everyone is shouting because they are losing the day
Once prayer had some kind of connection
Once we ate a meal well under what we make in a day
Once there were men once there were ladies
Once we could pick you up when you've fallen
Now, its a lawsuit or a warning you could get cut
I loved the bike rides I loved the soccer games
I loved to play hockey I loved baseball, the old music
Nowadays warnings sink deep into your bones and joints, then you wonder where did your freedom go
Was it because the price went to high
Was it just, you just stayed at home, because the hate was to great
Love was at home not in the air not in the street not in the bar and certainly not at the foot of your bed
I forgot I threw out my bed and turned to the couch
Just so I can further myself from a dream
Once was comfort now just to wait
For money to print the word slave
For some leader to flush whats left of the brave
For some women to say she wants kids
So to ignore the sadness and decay
Then,begin it all over again
Is it in your heart
Can you teach and keep above the attacks of mud slinging promises the threats to take away what has always been good
Innocent summers crazy white winters
Relief from nasty bugs and people that bite and we who are bitten bolt down the hatches
We fight for our rights forge deep for our meals listen Intent to a point of wonder and appeals
Where did wisdom and talent go when it left our hands
In a surrendered moment of ok,ok I give up
There is no one who listens there is no way of fun
There is just a belief of none believe
A point of none return
The best thing you can do is to never forget to love
The worst
The worst thing is to let them win
Let them.take away your everything
And replace it with hate and greed
Replace it with artificial food and insecure bedrooms and laughing kings who spend every moment of their day
Cooking in the heat and dishing out their hate
