Hell Found Me

Hell found me desirable
And all the world took a back seat.
The sun no longer creased the sky,
No flowers or trees bloomed beneath.
Oceans swelling higher, began their recede,
and life spinning on it's axis began to cease.

Clouds covered the heavens.
The stars once out of reach,
fell to the mountain tops
lighting the steps which descend to that deep
Red hot darkness, blue black at it's peak.

Not horned or menacing,
as folklore once had speak.
Hell had found me desirable
But my lord said " Come she is Heavens to keep."
