Hell Bound

Hell Bound As you stumble down this trail of thorns The silence like a whisper warns No soul can walk this twisted trail And yet you still refuse to bail What draws you towards this painful path What let's you face this woeful wrath When others would have turned away What is it that tells you to stay You walk beyond established routes And cast aside your building doubts To not give in to peaceful sleep Forget your life and venture deep But in these depths is the unknown While fear creeps slow into your bone How do you force that beast away And push yourself along your way What holds your gaze when you're alone When night strips light and none is shown What fuels the courage in your heart When all your hope gets ripped apart Will you weep of loves divorce Or is it greed that set your course Does vengeance have a part to play What is it that brings you my way
