Helianthus Annuus

Climatic scream of silence Always shinning in the shower Lightning and thunder don’t make you cower Bits of hull in my teeth Eating seeds for about an hour Sing the praise of the sunflower Yellow and black song sung A testimony to your Creator’s awesome power Standing aloft your bed you tower

Very good I liked your poem. I only started writing poems since my wife died in 2009 I can relate to rhyming poems better than others. As you can tell from my poems. A lot of poems I don’t understand and I would hate to give a wrong comment. I want my poems to honor my wife long after I’m gone. Thank you
