With lot of hardwork, I ate my meal~ Don't give anything for next few hours.

It is not lazy to take advantage of the chance to lie down and take a well earned rest and a meal. It fuels the body and rejuvenates the spiirit. Great job here. God Bless, JB

I am normally a bit lazy but today I worked hard. End result I ended up with a terrible arthritic spine. ~~

Overwork is never good. I have problem of breathlessness when I overexert so I take breaks and work. Take care. Get well soon.
