Heavens Gate

Pieces of my soul fall down,
And I can feel you all around.
The sun sinks further down in the sky.
Fading light hovering over you and I.
Stars peep out from
Behind a darkened veil of night.
Shinning brilliant, clear and bright.
Laying here tonite, I wonder one
Simple thought above.
If ever a perfect crime
Devised in the name of love.
To steal the diamonds from
The night for you to hold in
Your hands, To stand with
You and feel the wind that
 Sweeps the lands and to
Lie in wait with an angel
From heavens gate.
