Heavenly Father
Heavenly Father be my strength, please be my motivation
I can't do it alone, I can't reach my destination.
I need you more than ever, I need to feel your grace,
Take me all my burdens. take me out of this dark place.
My heart is so broken, possibly beyond repair,
I don't wanna die, destined to feel despair.
You're a loving God, and I don't have a doubt you're there
I really need to know you hear me, I need your love and care.
I am your child, the one you claim to love
I want to get to know you, I want some of that mercy you always speak of.
So guide my path and please don't let go
heal my heart, I need to know
that though I may not be worthy, I can feel your love too,
I want to love you back and truly serve you.
