Heavenly Birthday

It's birthday time in heaven 
the one I  love is there. 
I would love to send her some flowers 
to show how much I care. 

If I could only say I love you 
and hold her in my arms. 
But all that's left are memories 
and some precious photographs. 

So if flowers grow in heaven 
lord pick a rose for me. 
And present it to the one I love 
Then kiss her tenderly. 

Tell her how much I miss and love her 
and in my heart she'll always stay. 
Sleep peacefully my angel in heaven 
thinking of you on this special day.
