Heaven For Broken Hearts

I wonder if there's a heaven for broken hearts
A place that mends the break
A land that's built on foundations of truth
Where broken promises no longer shake

A place that's filled with forgotten dreams
That were shamelessly cast aside
A place that covers the stench of pain
From the scars that's growing inside

A land that's built on honesty
With a lake that's filled with tears
And endless supply of liquid pain
That were cried throughout the years

A place where the wind whispers my name
So I'll know that someone might care
A land that's filled with a thousand moons
Like the one two lovers would share

I wonder if there's a heaven for broken hearts
For the ones that's tired and torn
A place where the breaks are mended
Where a heart can be reborn

Smile ~ "Yes," there is and, within a round-a-bout way, I just mentioned it to a great writer here and, that place is the soul inside wherein The Kingdom of God does dwell....This is a very stirringly splashed amid the colours of profounds deepest of hearts' poetic painting of, an extremely beautiful within its revelations, soul, that one can only love ~ "Extremely Gripping & Beautiful Larry" ~ "Love Always," John!:) ~

Very well done poem here. The rhymes were dead-on. It had decent flow; and it read as an original piece.
