Heartless World

The world is wicked
Calling my heart weak
Laying bricks of gold
Near my crossed feet
No longer do I know
The knowledge that’s needed
To reach up and grow
Warnings properly heeded
The world is quite heartless
Leaving me old and restless

I can get into this old, old theme - a good reason for young remembrance. Congrats on the selection. Love, daver
